How changes, cancellations and refunds are handled.
Before pickup
- The exact free-cancellation window and any later fee appear in the price summary before confirmation.
- A schedule change is confirmed only after the selected vehicle is checked for the new window.
Refund timing
- Eligible refunds return to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies.
- Outstanding charges are settled after the return review.
Late return
- Extension requests depend on availability. An unapproved late return may incur the rate shown in your agreement.
