How do I reserve a car?
Send your dates through the reservation form above, or book a call with our team. A concierge replies by email within two hours with availability and a quote. Your booking is confirmed once you approve it.
How much does it cost?
Rates depend on the car, the dates, the city and whether you want a chauffeur. Email book@eliteprimecars.com for a quote, or send a reservation request and we'll include the price in our reply.
Which cities do you serve?
We serve the major US metro areas listed above, including New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Las Vegas and San Francisco. Long-distance and one-way trips are quoted on request.
What do I need to drive a car myself?
You need to be 25 or older, with a valid US or international driving licence, a major credit card for the security deposit and proof of personal auto insurance. We explain the deposit amount for your car before you book.
Do your chauffeurs handle airport pickups?
Yes. We track your flight, wait at arrivals with a name board and help with luggage. Private terminals and FBOs are covered too.
What is included in a chauffeured booking?
The car, the chauffeur, fuel, insurance and bottled water. Tolls, parking and gratuity are listed separately on your quote.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Changes are free whenever the car is available.
Do you offer corporate accounts or monthly rentals?
Yes. Corporate accounts get priority booking and monthly invoicing, and monthly rentals have reduced daily rates. Book a call to set one up.
